东营信义制动系统有限公司隶属于信义集团，集团属国家大（二）型工业企业，是中国汽车工业协会制动器委员会会员、中国汽车工业协会相关工业分会副会长、中国摩擦密封材料协会副理事长单位、中国汽车流通协会售后零部件分会副理事长单位、国家高新技术企业、国家首批出口基地企业，拥有国家级企业技术中心、博士后科研工作站，是中国最大的刹车片、刹车盘等汽车零部件制造商之一。
主导产品刹车片、刹车盘、制动器总成，全部拥有自主知识产权，是国内为数不多的能够与汽车主机厂同步研发的企业。信义产品为美国克莱斯勒、美国福特、上汽大众、上汽通用、广汽集团、比亚迪汽车、吉利汽车、奇瑞汽车、长安汽车、长城汽车、中国一汽、北京汽车、东风汽车、上汽通用五菱、江铃汽车、江淮汽车、郑州日产、长丰汽车等国内外二十余家汽车厂、二百余种车型主机配套。
2019年公司盘式刹车片型号已超过3000个，鼓式刹车片型号超过1400个，刹车盘型号2600多个，有2700余种产品获得了进军欧盟的ECE R90认证。公司刹车片年生产能力2000万套,刹车盘年生产能力150万只。
Dongying Xinyi Brake System Co., Ltd belongs to Xinyi Group, a member of China Automobile Industry Association, vice-chairman company of China Friction & Sealing Materials Association, vice-chairman company of China Automobile Circulation Association, natiolan level high-tech enterprise, state-standard technology center, postdoctoral research workstation and top 100 auto part enterprise in China, the first batch factory for export and one of the largest manufacturers for brake pads and brake discs.
Xinyi has all interllectual property rights for its main products including brakd pads, brakd discs and brake assembly. It is supplying OEM for over 20 auto companies with over 200 different cars both in China and overseas including Chrysler, Ford, SAIC Volkswagen, SAIC GM, BYD, Geely, Chery, Chang’an, Great Wall, FAW, Beijing Auto, Dongfeng, SAIC GM Wuling, Jiangling Motor, JAC, Zhengzhou Nissan, Changfeng Auto.
Until 2019, the company has developped over 3,000 part numbers for disc brake pads, 1,400 part numbers for brake shoes and 2,600 part numbers for brake discs and over 2,700 part numbers are ECE R90 certified. The annual capacity is 20 million sets for brake pads and 1.5 million pieces for brake discs.
